Return and Refund Policy

1. General Information:

  • This policy is conspicuously posted on our website, included in product descriptions, and is readily available upon request. It is also part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Right to Return:

  • Federal Standard: Under the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) guidelines, while there is no mandated federal return policy, we offer:
    • Standard Return: You have the right to return any new, unused item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the return includes proof of purchase.
  • California State Law Compliance: If this policy isn't conspicuously posted or accessible, you can return items within a reasonable time (up to 30 days) for a full refund or store credit.

3. Exceptions:

  • Perishable and Custom Items: Food, plants, or other perishable items, as well as custom or made-to-order products, cannot be returned unless defective or not as described.
  • Final Sale Items: Products explicitly marked as "final sale" or "as is" are not eligible for return unless defective.

4. Refund Process:

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If this isn't possible, store credit will be issued.
  • Restocking Fee: For certain products (e.g., electronics), a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, unless the product is defective.

5. Defective Items:
